Apparel & Textiles
The manufacture of materials and ready-to-wear clothes is considered one of the main industrial sectors in Jordan. This sector has witnessed huge growth and a large flow of investments as the value of clothes exports during the year 2004 was around 927 million Dollars, an increase of 61% compared to the year 2003. Since the signing of the Qualified Industrial Zones Agreement, the amount of investments in this sector rose to 835 million Dollars up to the end of 2004.
